Older adults have been the first priority for receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Most of the vaccine sites have an online registration system, which can get complicated.

Andover Library is open to the public by appointment only. Call 440-293-6792 to ask for help or schedule a visit.

Ashtabula County District Library offers public technology services at both the Ashtabula and Geneva locations. Call or stop by during their open hours for assistance or free WiFi.

Grand Valley Public Library in Orwell is ready to serve with public computers.

Harbor-Topky Memorial Library in Ashtabula allows limited numbers of patrons at a time. Public computers are available.

Henderson Memorial Public Library in Jefferson offers one-on-one tech support through Guiding Ohio Online. Patrons can stop by in person or call/email ahead to schedule an appointment: (440) 576-3761.

Kingsville Public Library has a Digital Literacy Trainer who can help you over the phone by appointment: 440-224-0239.

Rock Creek Public Library is currently offering curbside service only. Call 440-563-3340 with questions.
